Supernatural Story!!

I investigated about a supernatural story about a Halloween haunted house, its has five stories, or levels, that get scarier on each floor and that most visitors turn back or just disappear.
The story is a very interesting urban legend that shows the house often changes location.  It's been reported to be in Ohio, Texas and Michigan, but no one can ever tell you exactly where it is. The person who claims to have been there is always a friend of a friend, or a cousin's friend
Not an easy task considering that each floor is scarier than the previous. Another version includes a large cash prize for anyone who can tour all levels, which has never been done. S
The story tells that who have been in the house and were never seen again. Some people disappear between the fourth and fifth levels. One guy was found almost scared to death, white hair and all.

Thanksgiving

A. What is thanksgiving? / Who were the pilgrims?
The thanksgiving`s day has its origins from the celebration that the Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared an autumn harvest feast.
The story began in the 1600`s, when in England, the government didn`t have a tolerance with other religions, So a group of people taken a ship for seek a place with freedom religious. The passenger included the pilgrims also known as the "saints" and others, whom the Pilgrims called the "strangers". That group wanted t make a pure religion.

C. What is the Mayflower?
The English people bordered the Mayflower, a ship that set sail from England in July of 1620. The Mayflower was not attacked by pirates but a big storm damaged part of the ship. Then, some of the people on Mayflower died the first winter by something that they called “general sickness” of colds, coughs and fevers.
Finally Mayflower arrived at Cape Cod on November 11, 1620.  The pilgrims ailed up the coast to Plymouth, and started to build their town where a group of Wampanoag people had lived before.

D. Who were the Wampanoag?
The Wampanoag are one of many Nations of people all over North America who were here long before any Europeans arrived, and have survived until today. Many people use the word “Indian” to describe us, it´s prefer to be called Native People.

E. What happened to the Pilgrims during the first winter?
When the Mayflower landed at Plymouth, north of Cape Cod, the Pilgrims did not have time to plant food for the winter. The first winter was very harsh for the new settlers. The cold temperatures and snow interfered as the Pilgrims tried to construct their settlement. Out of the original group of Pilgrims, only about half survived the first winter.
F. What did the Wampanoag do for the pilgrims?
An Indian named Samoset arrived at the settlement and frightened the Pilgrims until he called out "Welcome" in English. Although the Pilgrims and Samoset had a difficult time communicating, he did stay for awhile and even spent the night. Samoset left the next day and returned a few days later with an English speaking Indian named Squanto. Squanto taught the Pilgrims how to hunt, fish and grow corn.

G. Why did they celebrate the first Thanksgiving?
Because of Squanto's help, the Pilgrims had a very successful harvest in October and had plenty of food for the upcoming winter. The Pilgrim's Governor William Bradford proclaimed a day of celebration and thanksgiving sometime in the middle of October. The Pilgrims invited Squanto and many other Indians to join in the celebration. The Thanksgiving feast lasted for three days.

E. When is Thanksgiving Celebrated now?
Now day’s the thanksgiving is celebrated the  fourth Thursday in November as a national Thanksgiving holiday

Halloween´s day

Halloween´s day is celebrated each October 31th. The origin of this celebration comes from a mix of Celtic, Roman, European and Catholic practices.
Many years ago, the Celts thought the October 31th was the end of the summer, and the beginning of the dark and cold winter.. And this time of year was often associated with the human death. Many people thought that day the dead and the human spirits could return to the earth. During the celebration, the Celts wore costumes of animal heads and skins.
Nowdays, some of the traditions are the customs parties and the famous "trick-or-treating" . This tradition dates back to the early All Souls' Day parades in England. During the festivities, poor citizens would beg for food and families would give them pastries called "soul cakes" in return for their promise to pray for the family's dead relatives.
Years ago, the people thought that they could encounter ghosts if they left their homes, so they wore costumes to avoid being recognized by these spirits. So they usually wore masks because the ghosts could mistake with other spirits.

My first day of school!!

I remembered very well my first day of classes in the school. I have nice memories because it was very strange and funny day for me. Before the school, I didn´t go to the Kinder nor I didn´t have childhood friends, so I didn´t have any idea about what was a day in the school.
But my mother had taught me some things like the numbers, letters, and I could read some words like mother and father.. some basic things. Also, she had explained  me about how was the school.
I had pretty things like notebooks with cute dogs, and many color pencils, I liked to paint . So I remembered that I was happy and fascinated by the first day of clases.
But that day.. my father left me alone in the school , and then when my classmates were in the class with their mother, I thought two things: first, I was scared because I didn´t know What  was happened there and Why  were their mothers in the school? and Why was not  my father there?? But when a girl was cried and her mother  took care her, I thougt the second thing “the school is very confuse, the girls cry about anything, and it is little stupid ”

Finally, in the break I knew some friends, and we played all the day, and the next days were normals!!!
